Our policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive the package. If 14 days have gone, unfortunately we can’t offer you an exchange or store-credit. All sales are final, exchanges or store-credit will be honored up to 14 days from when the product was received. Upon return, ORO will only issue store-credit, shipping costs are not included. ORO only accepts exchanges or store credit -- if approved by an associate, we will provide a refund per each individual request (MUST BE REQUESTED BEFORE PURCHASING). For our shoes we do offer a refund, only if they are unworn and in the same condition we sent them in, items must be sent back within 10 days from the date you receive the package, a 15% re-stocking fee will be applied to the total purchase price.
