SHIPPING GUIDELINES
  • Free Standard Domestic Shipping for orders over $350 USD
  • Our goal is to process and ship orders within 2 - 4 business days of receipt (contingent on if the items are in-stock).
  • If the order is placed on a Friday, it will not be shipped until the following Monday (contingent on if the items are in-stock).
  • Please note the shipping method selected will be initiated contingent on if the items are in-stock, it will not be initiated once you place your order. 
  • If you purchased a back-ordered or pre-order item(s), the shipping timeframe is listed in the product description
  • Your order may be processed with multiple shipments, you will receive an email with your tracking number when each shipment occurs.
  • There may be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, if billing and shipping addresses differ, or if the payment company discovers an issue.
  • If you have any special requests to expedite your delivery for a specific date - please contact our office or send an email to support@orolosangeles.com to schedule an expedited shipping service to fulfill your special request.
DUTIES AND TAXES
  • All international orders will be delivered duty unpaid (DDU), and all duty and tax charges will be paid by the customer upon arrival at your local country.
  • We are also not responsible for any VAT or Customs Duty Tax, it is at the sole discretion of the customer to pay any fees associated with VAT or Customs Duty Tax.
  • International returns due to the refusal to pay duties and taxes will be sent store-credit only (excludes shipping costs), refunds will not be allowed for refusal of international packages.
  • Orders denied by the customer will be shipped back to the seller and will be subject to a USD $15 restocking fee.
  • We suggest using a trackable insured shipping service to prevent packages from being stolen or lost. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • Shipping fees, duties, taxes, customs fees are non-refundable on refused/return packages. If your merchandise or package is returned due to a refusal of delivery, failure to pay customs, or failure to pay duties charges - you will be responsible for the cost of shipping and will be sent store-credit for the remaining paid amount. By purchasing from ORO, you accept that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country.
        ADDRESS CHANGES
        • Your shipping address can be modified at checkout. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, you can send us an email.
        • All address changes must be requested as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
        • We ask that you contact support@orolosangeles.com to request any modifications.
        • Please note that once your order has shipped, ORO cannot change the shipping address.
              UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
              • If a package is undeliverable and returned to ORO Los Angeles (21062 Brookhurst Street Suite 205 Huntington Beach CA 92646) we are unable to re-ship it, without an additional shipment payment from the customer.
              • All undelivered packages will be processed as a return and will be sent store-credit, excluding shipping costs.

                    GENERAL INFORMATION

                    • To ensure that your package is properly delivered, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
                    • The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase.
                    • We will ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited shipping is not available to a PO Box. Other carrier options are available and we reserve the right to change carriers at any time.
