For shoes, please place all material items inside the black ORO box and then place it back into the brown shipping box in order to ensure the safety of the black box during shipping. 

For apparel, please place apparel inside the ORO bag, then place it inside a shipping bag to ensure the safety of the items during shipping.

Instead, we advise taking your articles to a professional cobbler or tailor for the best maintenance and repair. This will ensure the most appropriate and safest care for your items.
